Carbine config. w/silver finished metal, engraved w/officers style pistol grip, long range rear sight attached & fancy checkered walnut stock. . Gun is in like new condition in box, although silver is slightly tarnished from age. A beautiful example of a scarce H&R Officer's Model Trapdoor Carbine, this silver finished comm. carbine was mfg. circa 1971 w/very limited production of 1,000 or less.

3 1/2" bbl. & retains very nice original blue finish & has clean markings. The checkered hard plastic grips are very nice aside from one chip on the back side of the right handed grip. Approx. 1,000 of this model were sold commercially & this is a very nice example.
