1. BUYERS PREMIUM - A ten (10%) buyer's fee will be added to each successful bid.
   
   
2. WI State sales tax of 5.5% applies to most items in this auction. If you have a Farm or business exemption certificate please provide when paying & picking up your items. Pickup Day will be TUES JULY 16th 2-6PM or WED JULY 17th 9AM-1PM unless special arrangements are made for Larger Equipment. 
   
   
3. If a Credit Card is used for payment a 3.5% fee will apply for the use of the card. Otherwise Cash & Checks are accepted during pickup times. 
   
   
4. AS IS / WHERE IS - Items in this auction are sold AS IS/WHERE IS, with NO GUARANTEE whatsoever. Preview & Inspect all lots prior to bidding. All tractors & vehicles are selling AS IS, family has not run or started most vehicles since he has passed away, BUYERS are aware that mechanical items may need some tinkering or work to make operational. 
   
   
5. Note: PLACING A BID CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS HEREIN & WILL BE A BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. PLACING A BID IMPLIES YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS & TO PURCHASE THE LOT.

 All items are Pick Up Only - No Shipping will be provided.  PICK UP dates are:  TUES July 16th from 2:00PM - 6:00PM  or  WED. July 17th 9:00AM - 1:00PM.
