2. This is a Pickup Only Auction, Shipping is Not offered. 
   
   
3. WI State sales tax of 5.5% will be added unless you possess & sign a Farm exemption certificate when paying & picking up your items. Pickup Day of Friday Oct. 13th 10 AM to 4 PM. 
   
   
4. If a Credit Card is used for payment a 3.5% fee will apply for the use of the card. Otherwise Cash & Checks are accepted during pickup times. 
   
   
5. AS IS / WHERE IS - Items in this auction are sold AS IS/WHERE IS, with NO GUARANTEE whatsoever. Preview & Inspect all lots prior to bidding. Preview day is Wednesdays Oct. 11th 10AM - 4 PM
   
   
6. Note: PLACING A BID CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS HEREIN & WILL BE A BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. PLACING A BID IMPLIES YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS & TO PURCHASE THE LOT.
