1. BUYERS PREMIUM - A ten (10%) buyer's fee will be added to each successful bid.
   
   
2. WI State sales tax of 5.5% will be added unless you possess & sign a Farm exemption certificate when paying & picking up your items. Pickup Day of Friday July 14th 10 AM to 4 PM. 
   
   
3. If a Credit Card is used for payment a 3.5% fee will apply for the use of the card. Otherwise Cash & Checks are accepted during pickup times. 
   
   
4. AS IS / WHERE IS - Items in this auction are sold AS IS/WHERE IS, with NO GUARANTEE whatsoever. Preview & Inspect all lots prior to bidding Tractors & equipment are out for viewing at this time, for tools, household items & other small items please attend the preview day on Wednesday July 12th from 2- 6 PM
   
   
5. Note: PLACING A BID CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS HEREIN & WILL BE A BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. PLACING A BID IMPLIES YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS & TO PURCHASE THE LOT.
