The successful high bidder on this property will be required to sign Wisconsin Offer to Purchase upon conclusion of the real estate bidding and tender the required non-refundable earnest money deposit of $5,000 within 24 hrs. of closing of auction & balance to be paid at the time of closing on or before Friday July 21st 2023.

2. The sale price in the contract will be the auction hammer price plus the 10% buyer’s fee together which will determine the contract price in the Offer to Purchase.

3. Sellers will convey title to the premises by Deed & Title Insurance. Qualifying for financing is not a contingency of this sale. You are responsible for the cash at closing.

4. Property is selling in its “as is” condition at public auction without any representations or warranties as to the structural or mechanical defects.

5. Property Taxes will be pro-rated 1 day prior to closing on.
