The lock is marked Robins Kendall & Lawrence US, Windsor VT 1847.  Gun has brass bbl. bands, trigger guard & patch box, overall gun is in nice, original condition for age. Approx. 10,000 guns were mfg in this contract & this is a fine example of an iconic American Percussion Rifle.
